Greetings to all the peoples of this fine realm we call home,

Many of you question who I may be, mostly because I have never truely
appeared on this forum before. Let me introduce my self: I am Argom
Pae'ganis, a Sylayan Arboreal of the Celidon Council. I am not here to
post an official decree and I am not here on behalf of either
organization. As a matter of fact, I am not here for any organization
other than the organization we call "Aetherius". Let me elaborate...

We are all citizens of a global community which we identify with as
"Aetherius" being that is the realm we live in. We -all- live in this
realm. Now, as a make-shift spokesman for the majority of this global
community let me say that this war is the apitome of annoyances. The war
has a very large significance to the city of Kinsarmar and Stavenn, and
possibly a few more I am forgetting to mention, but no more. All this
propoganda, advertisements on battle statistics, the endless taunting
between the two citie's "raids", and et cetera...it is possibly the most
boring and/or useless information to everyone (other than the two
fighting cities). The use of the forums to post declarations of war,
peace, laws, or other such notices are actually helpful and informative.

-*Note*- Although I said all of this is either boring and/or useless, at
times it can be amusing, but for the most part this is only a waste of
time for the parties writing these posts and the parties reading these
posts.
