The Order of Lord Janus and involvement with this war.

Written by: Master of Ceremonies, Lyrith Da'Saison, Voice of Spring

Greetings, inhabitants of Aetherius.

The temple of Lord Janus, which lies roughly to the west of Canaae and
the entrance of which is marked with my Father's altar of amethyst, is
holy ground in that it belongs to my Father, is a place of worship to
Him, and is therefore a sanctuary to those seeking a quiet place of
reflection upon the seasons and the arts.

Those who bring violence to the temple are unwelcome there, as those who
do not respect the sanctity of a God's home rightly should be.

Further, the Order of Lord Janus is not involved in this war. Holding
membership within the Order does not immediately mean that said person
is a member of Kinsarmar, a supporter of Kinsarmar or its causes, or
that he or she cares one iota about becoming involved in conflicts of
the sort that is currently ongoing. The Order is NOT involved in this
conflict and does not WISH to become such.

However, simply because we do not wish to jump into a war does not mean
we will idly sit by and twiddle our thumbs as people march, portal,
prism into our sanctuary with the purpose and end of murdering those
resting and learning there. If you enter a city to kill its citizens,
they will enemy you. If you enter a guild hall in order to slay the
guild's members, they will enemy you. If you enter the temple of Lord
Janus seeking to kill those of His Order or our guests, we will enemy
you.

Good day to you all,

Lyrith Da'Saison
