We are constructing a new shop in Stavenn. As the full construction will
cost us 500k, I will be selling the shop to the highest bidder,
beginning with 500k as the minimum bid. If years go by without any bids
then I wll probably lower the cost, but then the point of the shop is to
increase our profits, not the other way around.

So that shopkeepers aren't caught unaware, I am also probably going to
create new laws that alter the tax rate of shops based upon what they
sell, as we really don't need multiple tailoring shops when a different
kind could bring us much revenue and help our population more.
