Greetings dearest Nilaihah and the Noctusari Guild,

I am writing this post on request of my dearest Nilaihah. Aparently
there have been some misunderstandings in the past to the laws of
Kinsarmar reguarding the Noctusari's use of demons within the city. He
has requested of me to post these laws in hope that it will clear up any
futher misunderstandings.

(1) Noctusari will not summon their demon entities within the city of
Kinsarmar nor bring them in the city. All demon entities should be
either returned to the pit or left outside our gates before you enter
the city.
(2) Included in the above is also the using of the tarot card to bring
forth a chariot. The summoning of a chariot or the use of one within the
city is also prohibited.
(3) Noctusari should not enter nor assume their demon form while within
the city of Kinsarmar.
(4) Any violation of the above will result in an enemy status and/or a
fine to be paid to the city of Kinsarmar.

My sincerest reguards,
With love and honor,
The Pearl, Lady Ellarynth Lokrien, Guardian of the Dryads

Penned by my hand on the 10th of Bellum, in the year 417 AD.
