It is with no small regret I pen these words. Recent events have shown
the Council of Celidon's priorities and political decisions setting them
at odds with the Council of Khandava, where once we were strong allies.
It is the right of every city and council to choose their own fate and
allegiances and no Khandavan begrudges Celidon that.

However, in light of recent events, Khandava Council's ruling council
has voted on our continued allegiance with Celidon, and the vote was
unanimous. Khandava Council hereby withdraws from all treaties and
covenants with Celidon Council, to include the "Protection of Natural
Resources Act" and the herb price list. We wish our forestal neighbors
well in the future.
