I am announcing a rest for the Suns. This will occur every other year
except on the years that another sun beside 'Ab is in the sky. Then it
will occur every third year. Anyone caught bathing in the sun will be
immediately reprimanded although there is no clear punishment. But, do
not expect less than being enemied to the Suns for no more than a time
undetermined. This is a chance to let the Suns rest from our soaking of
their warmth, as we know somehow we should let them do that. And no
hoarding up sunlight in bottles! That will be an offense worthy some
undetermined punishment as well for a length of time that will be
decided sometime.

PS: If you are having a problem with this new rest, please join our
city, our council, wait for several years until you are noticed, write a
letter to one of the leaders of the council and then we may look at it,
sometime.
