Public News Post #304

To Kinsarmar

Greetings Kinsarmar, if you are still worthy of that name.

This is a post that would serve best on your city board. However, due to
your recent act of betrayal, I must make this public. I must ask, why?
Have I or my brethren ever broken any laws? Have we not vowed to defend
you in time of need? Did I not make a post once stating that Kinsarmar
was a beacon of hope to the free people of Aethurius? And as thanks, you
cast us out without warning, without reason, without anything that might
resemble justice.

I still believe strongly in the ideal of Kinsarmar. Some of the best
people I have ever known dwell there. Yet my people have always existed
with betrayal, and now I can only think of Kinsarmar as another place
that cast us out. I can only explain this in the mindset that Kinsarmar
no longer exists. No longer does the "beacon" I always spoke of on the
city boards guide the hopeful to its steps. That beacon has been
extinguished, and I will not waste my time defending or preserving
something that no longer exists.

Now I can only wonder how long it will be until I am enemied for the
terrible crime of existence. The gods know that would be just as
sensible as the reason for which me and my brethren were cast out.

Signed,
Amaroth Reopev Ve'Kelos
