Update on Toxins

This post is meant as a way to bring together all the toxins changes
that have occured, so that you can easily find out what is legal and
what costs what, without having to go searching through these great
archives. Untill further notice this is the complete list of Toxins that
are available to the public and there current MINIMUM price.
