Foot..Mouth...Indeed

Written by: Magnetic Mage, Pyrael Da'Saison

To Song: Contrary to what your little propaganda machine may produce, I
was not the instigator of said violence. One of you faithful tried to
use said faith as a weapon as I was walking to the caverns for those
lovely black pearls of which I use to fuel my magickal abilities. Having
little tolerance for those fools who persecute me and mine, I decided to
indulge your hostile tendencies with my own and allow you the wonders of
Dis for the briefest of moments. The sad fact of the matter is that you
gathered your faith and loyalty and skittered on home to the dust pit
you call a home to let your friend, the Shah of Antioch succumb to the
tainted, weak powers of magick. With such nobility and fortitude I
cannot understand why the Bastion of the North still guffaws over your
zealotry. I do understand that your mental handicap is the result of a
life spent bouncing between melodramas beneath the heat of the
overzealous suns, seven of them, so I can understand how the facts tend
to blur around the actions of your flock when they are in the wrong. You
have my condolences.

To Anarion: I'm not exactly sure what to say, considering that your
wishy washy persona still has a miniscule say in my future in Kinsarmar,
but I would like you to grasp your foot between both hands and begin the
arduous process of sticking your boot in your mouth. In trying to be all
knowing and wise, you forgot the simple step of gathering both sides of
the story. In so doing you accidently forgot to acknowledge that I am a
citizen of Kinsarmar and a Mage, an obligated servant to the crown of
the north. Honestly, I am not sure that any of this would have mattered,
my lacking feminine curves and all, but I found it rather amusing that
you took the word of a dehydrated, maniacal woman who has dispatched
orders to slay your kin and those of your country over the word of a
fellow defender of Kinsarmar.

To Stavros: The time has come to back up this so called justice of
yours. Will you admit that you attempted to deliver me? Or will you
selectively exert your justice when it suits your purpose?

I'm sure if you speak to Katsuma, he and I had an ever so brief
discussion about how we would not be able to aide one another directly
or indirectly in the prompt dispatching of religious zealots in the
streets of Caanae.

And with that, I bid you good day.

Penned by my hand on the 12th of Ferinus, in the year 472 AD.

Hello Imperian! Another year passes! A few months from now will mark my second year on Aetherius. Time sure flies! However, the vast majority of this wouldn’t happen without our wonderful team of volunteers. Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…
