Khandava, and the Arboreal Guild, remains neutral in any conflict
between magick and anti-magick.

As many of you know, an Arboreal novice title was bestowed upon a
certain mage novice, by another mage, in order to allow said novice to
commit an act which led to War. Any actions taken by the Arboreals, and
in a lesser way Khandava, will be in response to this offense. It is not
a declaration of war against magick.
