You are, apparently, misinformed. I never claimed that you were ousted
from Khandava. Your original application for citizenship was denied
because you first left, then slandered the Council (and, of course, you
left for petty reasons), and after being ejected from the Arboreals for
killing Erin Faris, the Guildmistress at the time, you promptly ran to
Stavenn and offered them your wares. Such a person who would so quickly
change her loyalties, from nature to the very warmongers who harm it,
has no place in a Council that protects nature.

However, it is no longer in my authority to deny your application, only
to urge Khandava's new prophetess to consider your history.

As for Neotaku, his return was not under my authority. You may take that
up with the new leadership of the council.
