Stavros,

I have nothing really to say, I asked you straight out for something and
you either played me false or changed your mind. You took this to a
public forum as if it had anything to do with anyone other than us. I
waited for you to do simply what you said you were going to do, and you
did not. It is as you wish, I will do exactly as I said I would do. The
order that forbade my citizens from raiding is lifted.
