This weeping willow cannot swoop too low
Branches on the water tops
Sway and touch away these reflections

Quiet rock, oh sacred seat
Meditate with me and ease these frays
Make the night turn to day

I cannot bare another burden
Bend lower, lower, lower still

Till her branches drown in tears
A river from her pain

Noralie

Penned by my hand on the 12th of Letum, in the year 599 AD.
