A Spring Hymn

Written by: Cleric Relathia, Sacred Warrior
Date: Saturday, June 28th, 2003
Addressed to: Janus, the Green Man

Oh, sing for the life just awakened,
Sing for each delicate, newly grown shoot,
The Wheel has turned to reincarnation,
Sing to the King with the silver flute.

Oh, sing for the creatures being born,
Sing for the birds with hatchlings to feed,
The Wheel has turned to expectation,
Sing to the Lord of the sprouting seed.

Oh, sing for the trees, blossom-laden,
Sing for a world full of hope so bright,
The Wheel will turn to action soon,
Sing to the Man of green delight!

Penned by my hand on the 20th of Ferinus, in the year 408 AD.
