Lookin' ahead

The sun does rise!
Hope does live!
For evil is no match, for the will of the heart!
Over the horizon, does destiny await.
I'll ride this evil, to justice and good.
And find life's purpose, as I should.
Some would try to hold me down,
As my way of life would draw frowns.
Intent is all that matters though.
It's not my arts, but my character that will show.
Now an end to all the doubt,
All insecurities have I put out.
Nothing left, but to follow my heart,
Nothing left, but to follow my heart,
As I wonder about.

(Yes, that verse is there twice intentionally. *shrug*)
