To the winning combatants, remember that you must not level up past the
Tier limitation, that is in this case that you must not go beyond level
79. The Third Tier will be held at the same time next month, 18th
August, 2300 (by the TIME command). Participants must attend within two
hours of the start. Also, please note that the use of poisoned food has
been disallowed and its use will result in disqualification.
