Metalworking Updates

A few Metalworking updates:

You should now find all Smithed items both have appropriate basic
layouts to copy from, and are entirely WORKable.

Metalworkers can now make metal vials.

Liquid containers in metalworking (goblets, chalices, flasks and
canteens) can now be filled via the POUR <liquid or container> INTO
<item> command, but will not be able to be filled from vials or contain
any concoction item. Chalices can hold a maximum of five sips, goblets
ten, flasks thirty, and canteens forty. Vials will work as normal.

Lanterns can now be lit with the LIGHT command, assuming you have a
tinderbox.

DESIGNS will now correctly show submitted but unapproved drafts and
forms.

Any further Metalworking bugs, please bug including the word
'METALWORKING', as usual.

Enjoy!

Penned by my hand on the 13th of Ultio, in the year 522 AD.
