Runelore
------------
- Fixed a bug that would cause a player to become immune to runes
on a totem once he had been hit by them once.

Sabotage
------------
- Fixed signing messages.
- Fixed eavesdrop messages.
- A failed following attempt while phased will no longer alert
your target.

Survival
------------
- The 'hearing' ability will now show up in AB SURVIVAL.

Orders
----------
- CASTOUT should no longer cause untrapped errors.
- Order Strength should not go below -100%.
- Order Strength loss on death will be capped like experience loss.

Clans
---------
- Fixed clan exec_summary
- New clan head messages and other generic clan messages should no
longer be sent to people that are not in the clan.

General
-----------
- You will stop meditating when you move or die.
- You can no longer put items in a closed container.
- Trying to put an item in a full container will now tell you that
the container is full.
- Followers that should have their movements hidden from you will
no longer show an empty message when you move.
- You can no longer hear whispers if you are totally deaf.
- You should now be able to retitle stockrooms.
- Guild secretaries no longer have access to the GUILD ORGANIZATION
guild privilege.
- Fixed a number of typos in help files and AB files.
