Some clarification and rules about the PK event:

Each person has a pk worth that's dependent on several factors,
including but not limited to: level (weighted heavily in favour of PK
experience level), skill ranks, artifacts, combat rating, and arena
wins. Every time you kill someone, their pk worth to you decreases. That
worth will gradually increase back to its original value over time.

When you kill someone, you gain pk points. When you die from another
player, you lose pk points.

You will gain/lose pk points if the killee transmogrifies, controls
monoliths, starbursts, etc.

You will not lose xp of any type during this event, and order strength
will not decrease when you die. Aspects will lose monoliths.

You will not gain any points for killing somebody that's in the same
Guild, City, or Order as yourself.

Players under level 25 are not worth any pk points.

The top 3 players in pk points at the end of the 24 hours will receive
credit prizes.

You will also be able to view experience rankings during this event.
These are here for entertainment purpose only; there is no competition
involving experience going on. The only competition is over pk points.

During this event, guards will not fire siege weapons, planted totems
will not affect people they are tuned against, and forest defences are
disabled. Extermination and firelord combustion is disabled during this
event. Guards will still automatically attack enemies in the city and
will respond to calls for help.

Some rules:

- Don't kill newbies.
- You can kill anyone else at any time for any reason.
- Do not raid cities/townes to kill guards, totems or siege weapons
during this game.
- Kill people for pk points. Don't use this game as an opportunity
to steal things or grief people.
- You cannot go after somebody for revenge for actions taken during
the game after the game is over. Get it out of your system during
the game.
