Guild Elections

The guild tutors have noticed the recent trend wherein dictators simply
throw contesters out of a guild to end an election. They have grown
discontent with this standard of behavior and have asked me to
intercede.

The next guildmaster to throw a contester out without being able to
provide demonstrable proof that it was absolutely necessary will find
that he or she no longer has a guild to run.
