Bug Fixes

- Idras should now be able to boil for concoctions properly.
- Fixed some conflicts with the track and stalk commands.
If you're a Hunter or Outrider, use 'stalk'.
If you're an Amazon or Warden, use 'track'.
The two abilities are functionally the same.
- Thunderstorms and Hailstorms should no longer affect
worldwide, and they should properly check your defenses.
- Outriders should have their weapon proficiency choice
restored.
- Etherwarp now checks its own balance properly. This means
that a Hunter must wait a while before being able to use
the command again.

Some people have reported that receiving some abilities in Trailblazing
is dependent on their specialisation choice, even though those abilities
are not Toxins or Concoctions. This is not a bug. Since the Toxin
specialisation has more abilities in it (to account for the fact that
Concoctions specialisation gets both herbs and elixirs/salves), the
allocation of other abilities in Trailblazing is shifted slightly within
the skill to account for the extra abilities. Just make your
specialisation choice and everything should be fine.

Penned by my hand on the 4th of Ultio, in the year 502 AD.
