Only one change for the Justicars:

Devotion
------------
- Imbibe will now allow you to destroy runes.

The following are changes that were inspired by other Classlead reports,
but were not a part of the class' changes.

Concoctions
---------------
- You can now INPOT <#> <herb> TO POT, instead of having to inpot one
at a time.

Fayth
---------
- Being prone will prevent you from judging.
- Judgement has been slightly sped up.
- Anything that prevents you from judging will now stop judgement at
any stage of the process, rather than only the first two stages.

Idras Toxins
----------------
- Boiling will now thicken toxins again.
- New functionality added to the boiling ability: You can now thin any
thickened toxins.

Kaido
---------
- You can no longer use 'kai heal' if you are paralysed, both your arms
are broken, or you are tied up/restrained/transfixed in any way.
- Kai banish will now take you to a room where you can perform actions.

Predation
-------------
- Obfuscation will now only work if you are masked.
- Fixed a big bug that made guards attack you as soon as you entered a
room, when they should have been pausing for some time to recognise
you through your mask.

Tarot
---------
- You can now inscribe up to 10 tarot cards at one time.
- Syntax: INSCRIBE <#> BLANK WITH <tarot>

Trailblazing
----------------
- Mark Return will now only work if your memorised location is
outdoors.
