Dream Combat

I've taken care of the bugs that have come in thus far. Thanks so much
to everyone that's participating. Just a few points:

- Rings are not necessary. Everybody who participates and survives gets
the same amount of experience.
- None of your defences or skills will help you during the fight.
- You can participate effectively at any level. All people in the fight
have the same amount of health, and their attacks do the same amount
of damage.
- You will need to bring a bunch of people with you. It will be
impossible for one person to do it alone. It will probably even be
impossible for groups smaller than 5 to do it.
- This is going to require some strategy. We wanted to avoid the usual
bashing trick of "everybody hit it a lot as fast as you can". You're
going to need to coordinate healers with attackers, etc.
- The manifestation will give you afflictions. Some of these afflictions
might not make sense when combined with other afflictions. But, the
Dream Realm doesn't entirely make sense, either.

Penned by my hand on the 10th of Solis, in the year 488 AD.
