GENERAL
- Everyone will now get a message when their blow deals level one limb
damage to any body part.
- I have added a new body part, the back. It can be healed with the
restoration salve. Only monks can hit this body part and only with
the backbreaker move.

TAEKATE
- New Skill: POSTURE
- BBT will now do back body part damage. Doing a BBT on a level two
damaged back will instantly kill the target.
- Feint will now effect shield parry. If a player is using parry and
shield parry, then it will randomly move one of the two.
- If you parry/guard someone, you will not longer take damage.
- Laytrun can now grade players for belts. ASK LAYTRUN TO GRADE ME is
the command to do this.
- There is no longer a need to wait a day to be graded if you had been
already graded that day.
- Bladehand will give a better message when you miss now.

TELEPATHY
- I have changed Daze to have a different effect.
- Wrench is not longer comboable.
- You should no longer mind listen all the time when you are linked.
- You can no longer link with non-telepaths.

KAIDO
- Fixed some bug that were allowing some types of movement to not drop
deliverance.
- Increased the cost in kai to banish someone.
- Decreased the time a player is banished.
- Sunder was reported as not hitting deliverance. When I checked, it
seems that it should be hitting deliverance. Please BUG this if that
is not the case.
