I hate bugs

There was a particularly nasty bug that resulted in all of the towne raw
material shops being wiped.

I've fixed the bug, and restored all of the comm shops. What this
resulted in, however, is that all of the shops had to have their stock
reset to 0, and their prices set to the default.

This type of thing is why we left the old comm shops running.

Penned by my hand on the 18th of Solis, in the year 483 AD.
