Today, two new newbie-only bashing areas have been released and have
opened outside Khandava and Celidon. These areas, like Transk and
Aradia, will only allow the entrance of those under the level of 21.

These new areas are created to enhance the learning experience and add
some diversity to the novice experience. As a novice of the cities and
councils, these areas will assist in their growth. City and Councils may
want to integrate the areas as they appear into their City Help Scrolls.

For easy access, the Eastern Portal room has been opened, which links
each of the newbie areas. As such, Transk, Aradia and the Batrisian
Outpost have been moved to the new location.

Be on the lookout for new areas. They should all be opening in the
following weeks to come.
