A few fixes

Not many fixes that you will notice this time around.

- Fixed some minor intro bugs
- Grove return will cause you to lose your mount properly now.
- Joust impale gets cured on death now.
- You can no longer unravel a wytchen doll while off balance, eq, or
when prone.
- The el'Jazira gates can be repaired properly now.
- The bug that allowed noctusari to TOUCH MAP while not in the same
room with the map is fixed.
- Cities and councils should be able to place a full 20 plots, rather
than 19 now.
- Retrieve will no longer get flamed items.
