This is just a reminder from the crafting guild.

If you wish to renew a decaying pattern, cast, blueprint, recipe, or
schematic, you can RESUBMIT (number) and it will mark it for the
approvers as a submission that has been previously approved. This
expedites the approval process, so you will receive your designs back
much more quickly.
