Taming Fixes

- Pets will no longer sleep but will always slowly regenerate health.
This will deal with the multitide of problems that a sleeping pet
has when in the middle of a fight.

- The bug that allowed you to teach a pet more than it was allowed
has been fixed.

- Fixed the bug when training Razor.

- Fixed a few more bugs with ratting. Remember, if you are not in the
room with them, they will only return the rat to you if you are
outside. Otherwise they will stand around and do nothing.

- Ordering your pet to drop or give requires you to be in the room
with them.

- Ordering a pet to fly, that is in your inventory, will work properly
now.

- The unlisten command will work properly now.

- Wolverines have the burrow, razor, and dirtrap skills now.
