Kabal the Shrub

Kabal has been shrubbed for two weeks based on public post 2155. There
is no reason for this kind of garbage and Kabal was already on a very
short leash.

On a side note, I will also point out that issuing anyone that issues
you as abusing issues does not really help your case in any way. We keep
track of how often people issue and take that into account when dealing
with issues.
