Bugfixes

Tradeskills:
- You shouldn't be able to accidentally copy from patterns (and their
equilvalents) that are in shops, you'll have to buy them first.
Incidentally, you can now copy from patterns in a tome without taking
them out.
- "A warren workshop" (Khandava's Masonry building) will now work.
- This isn't really a bug fix, but someone mentioned wanting
documentation of the usage of the various tradeskill commands. If you
too desire said knowledge and you are a crafter, try DESIGN (by
itself).

Other:
- Fixed a bunch of typos (mostly related to taming)
