PK + Idiots = Shrubberies

I am sure all of you are aware of the idiot PKer ways. Their methods
threaten our loosely bound PK 'rules'. The benefit of these rules are
that you do not have to be a lawyer to know what you can and cannot do.
The downside is that we get a lot of situations that are hard to punish
players for because they are 'technically' allowed.

This applies to repeat kills. If you kill someone 3 or 4 times with no
provocation from them, you are going to fry.

We are resisting the urge to put in set rules, as a result we are not
going to tolerate idiot tactics.

Here are some examples of poor reasons for repeat kills:

- Killing leaders of enemy organizations, just for being a leader and
you are in a 'personal' war with them.
- Killing someone for insulting a friend, who they spoke to once, two
years ago.
- Killing someone for a statement, a couple of months old, but you just
have not had a chance to get them yet.
- Multiple other borderline reasons.

If you find yourself trying to think of a reason to go repeatedly kill a
certain person, you probably should not be killing them.

If you have killed them in the past couple of days, and they have not
done anything to you since. You should not be killing them, until they
give you some kind of solid reason.

I know who you are, you know who you are, if you continue, your days of
leafdom approach.

Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…
