Taming Fixes

- Moving a pet will make them stop fishing and hunting.
- Crows and Ravens can hunt now.
- Most bird types will land on your arm, if you have a falconry glove.
- You should lose your mount properly if yanks from the room by various
means.
- Pets will only return after fishing or ratting, if they have some
return training now.
- When ratting, pets will notice rats already in the room now.
- Order glance will now indicate if the pet if flying or in the trees.
- Fleeing mounts will now give a message about losing their rider.
- Pets in stables and kennels cannot be called to return.
- Pets will not return if you are inside, you will have to move outside
to get them. This is to keep people from doing things we do not want
them to do. It is not a bug.
- You can no longer stable mounted, mounts.
- Mobs that escape from lassoing or befriending will sometimes still be
able to be found again.
- Petassess and petskills will make sure you have balance now.
- Pets will stop following once you have stabled or kenneled them.
