I have a few more changes to tradeskills:

1) I took out the double balance thing. Crafting an item should
only take balance at the end of the last stage (it still
requires you to have balance the whole time)

2) We were getting lots of complaints about the time it took to
cook things, so I have sped up cooking. This was done because
the relative value of food is generally much less than that of
other tradeskill products and so it wasn't really fair to
equate them in time. Anyway, cooking should now go almost (but
not quite) twice as fast as it did before.
