Greetings, mortals.

There has been a recent trend of ISSUEing non-vital bugs, such as
regarding the Bloodline system. The Issue system is not designed for
this, and causes delays in Our judgement upon true Issues. Therefore, We
would appreciate you filing all bugs via the appropriate command, BUG,
in the future. The only possible exception would be bugs of extremely
urgent nature, such as spontaneously dying when try to walk east, or
something similar. This does not include Untrapped Errors, as those are
automatically recorded.
