- Phased people should no longer see non-phased people whispering,
and vice-versa.

Survival

- You must be on the ground in order to use Perceive.

Taekate

- Wrench throw will no longer cause you to change your limb target.

Tarot
---------
- Chariots will now be destroyed properly by various demon-destroying
abilities.

Telepathy
-------------
- The AB file for Listen has been changed to indicate that the syntax
to stop listening is MIND UNLISTEN.
- Mind Listen should work properly now.

Toxins
----------
- Puncture now supports partial name matching.
- You can now pour vials of thick toxins into empty vials.
- Iodine will no longer strip shroud.

General
-----------
- The Shield of the Protector entry in HELP DEFENSIVE ARTIFACTS has
been updated to indicate what the shield has always done: absorb
damage. Other facets of attacks (like toxins, or even bodypart
damage) may (and always have had the potential to) hit you.
