Forging

- Putting a group of coal into a forge and using FIRE FORGE will no
longer use up the entire group of coal. Furthemore, when a forge is
about to go out, and there is still coal in the forge, additional
coal will be used up automatically to keep the forge burning.

Hunting
-----------
- Building a campfire in a non-forest environment will now use up the
wood comms, instead of the other way around.

Kaido
---------
- A curse that hits a curseward will still give kai.

General
-----------
- Shields of the protector should now absorb other physical attacks that
they did not previously absorb.
