The Bards

Specialization:
Bards can now specialise into one of six different circles once they are
expert in their three guild skills. Each circle has special skill
bonuses. This selection is permanent for 24 months. The AB files will
give more details.

VOICE
- Arinyu can now be targetted at other players.
- You can now use NULOUS in a direction to kill lightwalls.
- Irayana no longer uses willpower/mana if you use it in an already
effected room.
- Sped up Daemos eq time.
- Statues from Kantae will stick around for at least a couple of in
game months now.
- Kawis will first strip levitation defences, then knock players down.
- Karinyu is no longer an aggressive action.

THESPIA
- New skill - FEIGNWALK
- You can no longer purge waymarks while graced.
- Waymarks for people who are 30 days dormant will be deleted
automaticly
- MARKS HERE will tell you who owns the waymark in this location.
- Fixed a couple bugs with assumtion and furniture.

ARTISTRY
- You can now scribe from scrolls and letters into any journal, tome,
book or scroll. You cannot scribe onto a letter however, only from
a letter.
- Reduced globe comm costs.
