Some bugfixes

- The Torc of Malkav artifact will actually work now.
- The issue that some of you (*cough* Sinahr *cough*) noticed
when Stavenn's customized mail came about has been corrected.
The bug didn't show up until we added another set of mail
messages. Another side benefit is that sending mail will no
longer change the number of items that the letter can hold.
