Several changes in Devotion will effect Justicars as well.

- All the three skills have had several changes to messages to display
where the power for skills come from. For example, several skills will
state the patron of the devotion user.

FAYTH

- Smite can now be combined with the following skills: Peace, Dazzle,
Hands, Force, Sear, Panic, Chasten, Smash, Strip, Sap. Following up
smite with one of these skills will increase balance slightly, and in
addition the secondary skill will work at reduced efficiency.

- Lamia will strip deflection from a seraph, before it will work on it.

- Sacrifice now works in reverse. A player will take a big hit, in
return for increaseing seraph power.

- Changed the cost of banding from devotion to seraph power.

DEVOTION

- The same rite can now be placed by two different players in the same
room. Mutual enemies will only be hit by one rite, not both. This is
mainly to allow tow devotion users to fight each other.

- Re-Performing a rite where you already have one, will reenergize it
now.

- Slightly increased inspiration time.

- Renamed Desecrate to Imbibe.

- Bliss will no longer reissue defences a player already has.

- Peace should work properly.

HEALING

- All the messages for channels have changed to represent that Healers
get their powers to manipulate the elements from the gods.

- Added some of the new afflictions to healing.

- Slightly changed how binding and fortification works to block
oxycodone.
