Malignists

Malignists did not really need too much work this time around, they are
fairly balanced, (I am sure some will argue with me on that) and really
just needed a chance to survive with banishment rites. There are a
couple of other minor changes and bug fixes as well.

- I have changes the way seraph shine works with darkness and
nightmares. If used in a room with darkness, only the darkness will be
dispelled, not the nightmare. You must then use shine again to dispell
the nightmare. This will give Malignists a fighting chance to keep their
nightmare alive. As they can summon darkness to keep it there.

- Shine will do nothing to nightmares if it is nighttime outside.

- Ouroboros will not take nearly as much damage from a banishment rite.
They will suffer a constant drain of health, but nothing compared to
what it was before. The rite will still damage 'pentagram' summoned
demons normally.

- Fixed a bug that was doubling the eq time on disfigurement.

- Leech and Enervate will now suck more mana, but the target must be
prone or bound.

- Soulspear decay time is increased.

I will be closely watching the Malignist vs Banishment skills to see if
this balances the whole thing out a bit more.

Penned by my hand on the 7th of Aequitas, in the year 456 AD.
