Celidon Sewers

I neglected to mention that one sewer grate in the Celidon council had
to be moved, as it was located in a room that already had a 'down' exit
leading from it.

The sewer grate at "The Chutes" has been moved to "North of the Ruby
District".

I also neglected to mention that I went through and removed a number of
rooms that players do not have access to from the Explorers ranking. As
a result, everyone's ranking went up a bit. Halfway through the process,
Anorus' explorer title went to "Imperian Ranger", making him, to my
knowledge, the first person to bear this title. Well done!
