Based on feedback from the forums, we are going to begin a new round of
classlead changes. As such, guilds will need to message me with who the
suggest to be their classlead representitive.

I will point out that classleads do not exist to design new skillsets.
Classleads are responsible for pointing out problems with existing
skills and helping to balance skills across the game. I will post more
detailed instructions on what information I would like from classleads
on their board.
