Wytchen Skill Changes

Curses
------------
- HELP CURSES has been rewritten.
- Wytchen may now curse themselves.
- Masochism will now keep track of the person who gave you
masochism. If you die when you hit yourself, the person
who gave it to you will get the credit for the kill. This
also applies to masochism given to you by sketches, the
bubonis entity, and evileye. No other methods of giving
masochism are affected.
- The addiction affliction will now cause you to drink
more sips of a vial.
- Curseward was added to Curses.

Vodun
------------
- New abilities, Siphon, Heal, Satiate, and Resurrect.
- When fashioning a doll, or using a Vodun ability, the
Vodun user will get a message showing how many fashions
the doll now has.
