Chivalry
--------------
- Battlecry no longer requires balance to perform, and it will strip
deafness.
(Note: This change applies to all classes that have this ability)

Runelore
-------------
- Uruz and Nauthiz will no longer affect people who are flying.
- You will now receive a message if you are online when a rune decays
from either your body or a piece of equipment in your immediate
inventory. This does not apply to objects that may be in a container
in your inventory.
- A new command, available to all players, RUNES, will show you what
runes are affecting you and any equipment you have, and approximately
for how long they will last.
- A new rune: Othala
