HELP HOW TO REVIEW

As a courtesy, I've added a new help file: HELP HOW TO REVIEW. This outlines the expectations when creating new designs, and will be useful for designers too, not just reviewers. The rules laid out within are current and should be considered the most recent one, even if old design tips disagree. If you find any such disagreements, you can reach out to me via message and I'll try to update any existing ones.
