Cleric Skill Changes

Fayth
-----------
- When night is dispelled by 'shine', any Malignist nightmares in the
room will be banished unless the room is quickly made dark again.
- 'Ripples' will now detect Malignist demons and show who all demons
are loyal to.
- 'Battle' will now work against Malignist demons.
- A bug was fixed that did not allow for Seraphs to grow in strength as
the owner's level in Fayth increased. This was only really applicable
to 'battle'. Seraphs should now do more damage and have more health
when fighting demons.
- 'Refuge' will now cause the Cleric to lose his/her entourage.

Devotion
---------------
- 'Demoncalm' will now work on Malignist demons.
- 'Banishment' will also work on Malignist demons, but will cause
damage instead of instantly banishing them.
- 'Revitalization' will now work based off of the Cleric's allies list.

Healing
--------------
- Elemental binding will now protect against the Toxin Oxycodone a
large portion of the time.
