Retirements

Hi Imperian!

We have decided to re-enable retirements for everyone once more. The minimum
required retirement value is set back at 1000 credits, in line with the other
games.

Older characters (created before August 15, 2018) may notice that their
retirement value has increased. It is no longer locked in to the value it was
at in 2018.

You can find details on the retirement process and limitations in
HELP RETIREMENT.

In short, this means retirements are now enabled for both old and new players.
If you have any questions or concerns, please submit an ISSUE.
