A minor change to Champion rules:
Boneyards may no longer be placed in areas affiliated with a city (specifically, the areas adjacent to cities). If you already have a boneyard in one of those locations, you can message me to have it moved somewhere else. If you don't, I may move it somewhere I like.

This change was made for two reasons:
- to make fighting over them easier
- because when a binding fails, the Plague may appear in the area of the boneyard, but Plagues can't be bound to those areas.
