Race Stones in Wheel Spins

After evaluation of the current wheel rewards, the following two changes have been made to wheel spins:

Wheel spins purchased from the website now have twice the chance to generate a random race stone as they did previously. Divination Crystals have been removed.

Wheel spins purchased with bound credits now have a chance to generate a random racestone. They no longer have a chance to generate 50 credits (but still have a chance to generate other credit values) from standard spins.

The overall value of credit spins has very slightly increased as a result of this (as we internally value the racestones at 66 credits for the purposes of wheel spin values).

That's all for now. We'll likely completely revamp the wheel the next time it's available, so this is the last chance for the current set of probabilities.
